ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept and/or process returns for sanitary purposes. Soaps and skincare items are a personal product and even unopened, I wil not resell the product because it has been out of my supervision. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, design or texture. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your soap, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.
